I have been skipped more than one time for some "mandatory" training and been told, to the effect that 'they aren't scheduling those anymore', but I am held to the same standard as everyone else who was scheduled for and received the training. Also, when you offer these seminars, are they on City time or do I have to use my time? That's never mentioned. |
