To the degree possible, consult with employees about their morals and ethics when considering changes to the details/implementation level aspects of the ethics code. We get that the broad principles are fixed by law, but if we feel like the ethics policies reflect our own morals in how they're applied, we'll all care more about embracing, rather than just complying with them.
