Question 5: In your opinion, what is one thing the City could do to build a strong ethical culture in City government? The city should stop ignoring those people who have violated ethics in the most egregious manner and then are promoted in their work positions. Preferential treatment in the workplace needs to stop. People need to be judged on their own merits, not on those of others or those presented by others. My new supervisor appears to be more inclined to treating people fairly. Time will tell.
