Question 5: In your opinion, what is one thing the City could do to build a strong ethical culture in City government? I believe that people need to be less self centered and more compassionate towards others. I also believe that the City has a strong honorable, workforce that do their jobs and know what is right and wrong. I think that there is a handful of people that do the wrong thing. It's that "me" syndrome that makes people thoughtless and selfish. I think that the city does a great job of building a strong ethical culture already... it's just hard with getting some employees to follow the rules... unfortunately. Thanks for listening and the opportunity to have a voice. Keep up the good work!
