RECOGNIZE THAT THERE ARE CONSEQUENCES FOR THE ACTIONS PEOPLE TAKE. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES FOR SOME OF THE THINGS THE CITY OFFICIALS DO, ONLY REASONS.....LOOK INTO WHAT IS DRIVING OUR CITY TO TAKE THE ACTIONS CURRENTLY. WHY ARE ALL THE BUSINESSES THAT WANT TO MAKE A START IN OUR CITY BACKING OUT? HOW DID KENSINGTON GET LIKE THIS? BUSINESSES MOVING OUT? WHY DID THEY LEAVE? I THINK PEOPLE WOULD BE A LITTLE MORE MOTIVATED IF THERE WAS A GOOD OPPORTUNITY FOR EMPLOYMENT AND JOB SECURITY. THE VERY THING THE CITY WANTS TO GET OUT OF, LIKE PENSION PLANS, AND MEDICAL COVERAGE, FOR THE WORKING FORCE IS THE VERY THING THE CITY WOULD PROSPER FROM IF MANAGED PROPERLY. PUTTING PEOPLE TO WORK WILL CREATE A STRONG ETHICAL CULTURE IN OUR CITY GOVERNMENT. WE NEED TO BE PROACTIVE AND RECRUIT PEOPLE TO COME HERE. THE MORE GOOD PEOPLE, THE MORE ETHICAL BEHAVIOR.
