Become more universal with their process of information, punishment, lack of tolerance, especially in regards to handling situation where nepotism i involved. Displace personal disfavor with equal treatment for everyone, ill regards to how you or any one else fills bout the situation or person. Stress the company ethical, and integrity beliefs and stick to your, polices in regards to them for everyone, no exceptions.
