Set up training for INTERACTIONS!!!
In MY opinion, people need to lighten up and stop being or trying to be so political correct.
Talking to people nowadays is like walking on eggshells.
People can take something you say out of context and be offended for no reason.
This hasn't happened to me, but I've seen it done to others.
You have to set up a training for this so people don't irritate their supervisor every time they believe their feelings are hurt.
Its a shame that we have to teach adults what to say and what not to say. |
