Please fill out this application to request the creation of a City Resource Group. Please be sure to review the City Resource Group Policy and Procedures before completing this application. If you do not have an Executive Level Sponsor, please note that in this application so that one may be assigned.

After your request is submitted, if approved, we will assign an Executive Level Sponsor and a liaison from the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. The liaison will assist in setting up and developing the agenda for the first meeting.
